Cam Box - 100

- General Notes

- EUI &EUP contains high pressure and high temperature.
- High pressure pipe which is used test must be durable for high pressure.
- Flexible pipe which is used at test must be durable at high temperature.
- Be sure before test cam box and all mechanical parts clamped as it required.
- Safety equipment ( glass& earring) must be used during test .
- Be aware parts and any component on the cam box can be hot during or at the end of test .
- Do not make any maintains during test. 
- Low speed suggested for initial start.  (suggested speed  100 rpm ).
- Low pulse duration  is suggested initial start  from electronic unit.

 

Assembly & Test

1.Clamp the cam box to the test bench.
2.Clamp to pump assembly tool to bench table  .
3.Assembly the pump to the block by using assembly tool .
4.Fix the energy cable to the pump .
5.Move the block on to the cam box and fixed.( be aware some type is  needed distance ring during clamping.)
6.Plug in the encoder cable to the control unit .
7.ON  the control unit  before  bench motor.
8.Chose the test type from control unit.
9.Adjust the advance, peak time and pulse duration on the screen as it given on the test plan.

  Not: Suggested warming  test step 600 rpm and 2000 us pulse duration.

10.Connect to energy cable.
11.Press to Start button and run bench motor.
12.After warming  test step start to test as given on the test plan.
